While the average time to find a swap is 76 days, we know there are some homes that, for a lot of different reasons, are just harder to swap. In this section, we’ve put together some tips from expert swappers that might help you find the home you’re looking for.
Review your advert
Make sure that your advert is clear, detailed and up-to-date and that it includes great photos plus your comments about the property and the area. There’s lots of great advice on making your advert the best it can be.

Be flexible
If you don’t need to move into an exact area or type of property, think about opening up your search. Review your match filters and locations and try and keep an open mind about what your dream home could look like.

Think about MultiSwaps
If you’re not already open to MultiSwaps, then this could really help. Make sure you’ve ticked the option to allow MultiSwap invites and have a go at setting up your own. If you need more information, we have a series of short videos that will help.
